Some leaders in business can build trust, and rapport with almost anyone, and then broker relationships among people, creating partnerships and alliances, building momentum, to “get things done.” Annette Lartigue is one of those people who, as an executive manager in social services, a small business owner, strategic planner and a force in local politics, drives results through collaboration. With an enthusiastic and genuine attitude, Annette radiates a sincere passion for delivering value and benefits to her team, her partners and her customers.
Lartigue earned her Bachelor of Arts in political science at Elizabeth City State University in North Carolina in 1980 and her Master’s degree in administrative science from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey, in 2003.
